Four steps, one machine
- DoseThe mix is fed and dosed into the mould cavities.
- PressThe hydraulic ram presses each bar to the density you set.
- EjectBars are pushed out onto the turntable or outfeed conveyor.
- PackBars go to the conveyor vacuum packer or into trays.

What buyers usually ask
Can the press make different bar sizes?
Yes. The mould sets the bar size, so one press can run several products with a mould for each.
Can it connect to a vacuum packer?
Yes. At Hai Chau we supplied the press together with a continuous vacuum packer; in the Lagos project it is one station in a complete line.
How much does a compression press cost?
It is quoted per project, because pressing force, number of cavities and automation change the price. Send your bar size and target output for a quote.
Can I test my recipe first?
Yes. The trial plan and the material are agreed with you for each project, and the press is run before delivery.
Do you supply the full line?
Yes. We have built the complete line, from roasting and mixing to pressing and vacuum packing, for a plant in Lagos.
